It's been five years since IYST first started bringing Dutch coaches to teach their style of coaching to teams in the United States. If you've ever seen a Dutch IYST training session then you'll know that we bring a great deal of knowledge to the table for all types of players and teams. Training with these imported coaches, who speak fluent English, has proven highly productive with team and player development.

IYST Dutch Coaches
IYST Dutch coaches have received a certification and hold a Royal Dutch Football Union (KNVB) license. To attain these licenses, these coaches must demonstrate that they can work at all levels of play; from the inexperienced players, to the top players in Holland. That's the main reason that certification for KNVB coaches in Holland takes at least 1 year. These instructors will work on the general tactical aspects of the game, while focusing on the fundamental techniques of soccer.
IYST Team Training Philosophy
Technical skill with the ball is the foundation of the strongest players on the modern soccer field. Serious players must develop and hone these skills. It is important that players are correctly instructed on proper technique and that poor habits are eliminated before those habits become too ingrained. Our goals, in every team practice, is to executing proper technique under progressive pressures and speeds, which will improve the players decision making and reaction times, which we hope will make the game more exciting and enjoyable for them.
Teams Interested in participating in this program should send an e-mail
Once IYST receives the e-mail we will send a registration form. Once the team has registered and paid, The coach will complete a simple assessment form describing the 3 major challenge areas for the team, for example: a) Team cannot score, b) Team only plays long ball, c) Team does not build up the play, etc
A specific Program will be prepared for the team and be executed by one of the Dutch Professional Coaches
Fees: $4990 per team per week with a maximum of 16-18 players.
Flight arrangements will be made and paid by International Youth Soccer Training
Dutch coaches will be hosted by a family of the team or club
All transportation to and from field and airport will be provided by the team or Club
All soccer equipment will be provided by the team or Club
All meals will be provided by the team or Club
Each player receives an IYST Dutch Training T-Shirt
The Club will receive a 2 hour Coaching Clinic
Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Program is available for teams: Age: 9-16
Important basics of training, pass, shoot and collect, conditioning. Moves for the 4 basic situations, 1v1, 2v2, 4v4, 7v7 (8v8), big scrimmage. Positional play, task of the position. Shooting, scoring. Defending.
